Our DOC/SCR substrate completely meets the requirement of Euro4 emission  standard. Coated with different catalyst on the surface, it is widely used for DOC/SCR system to purify the exhaust gas from diesel engine. Because the diesel engine has bigger displacement than gasoline engine, so the diameter   of DOC/SCR substrate is normally bigger than 120mm.

Product properties:

1.Good thermal property: low thermal expansion, high thermal shock resistance

   and high durability;

2.Good coating property: high and stable water absorption, making good

   absorption on catalyst;

3.Good heating property: small bulk density, heated to the working temperature

   of  catalyst very fast.

4.Good specific surface area: high CPSI and thin wall thickness, possessing

   lower back pressure but bigger specific surface area.
